Associate - Marketing and Branding
Transform 800,000 hectares of greenhouses into fully-autonomous food production sites
At eternal.ag, we're building the future of sustainable food production. Our mission is to convert the world's existing greenhouses into fully automated facilities that can produce fresh food year-round - addressing the critical need to double food production by 2050 while facing severe labor shortages, water scarcity, and climate challenges.
About the role
We are hiring an Associate for Marketing & Branding to make eternal.ag visible to growers, partners, investors and future teammates. Our robots are harvesting in commercial greenhouses today. Your job is to turn that real progress into clear, credible content on LinkedIn, in articles and in the news, on a steady cadence.
You will work from our Bengaluru office, close to the engineers building the robots, and with our Customer Experience & Branding team at our Cologne HQ. The best part? You get first-hand stories from robotics, computer vision and live deployments that very few brands can tell. The hardest part? Technical work is complex, and making it simple without making it wrong takes discipline.
What you’ll do
Run our LinkedIn presence
Plan and publish company posts, keep a consistent voice and cadence, and grow an audience of growers, partners and talent.
Write articles and news
Draft blog articles, press releases, customer and deployment stories and newsletter content, working with engineers to get the facts right.
Create visual content
Produce simple graphics, short videos and carousels with our design team, and keep every asset on brand.
Keep the brand consistent
Apply and help maintain brand guidelines across website, social, decks and event material.
Support PR and media
Track industry news, prepare media material, and help place eternal.ag in agritech, robotics and horticulture outlets.
Measure what works
Track reach, engagement and inbound leads, report monthly, and adjust formats based on the data.

- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn company pages and LinkedIn analytics.

- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent experience.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with deep-tech, robotics, hardware or agritech brands.
