Our mission is to convert the world's existing greenhouses into fully automated facilities that can produce fresh food year-round - addressing the critical need to double food production by 2050 while facing severe labor shortages, water scarcity, and climate challenges.

About the role

We are a small but focused design team reimagining the experience of greenhouse operations. You will:

• Design digital experiences and products that are simple, tactile, effortless and fast;

• Own design consistency across every touchpoint, physical and digital;

• Communicate ideas in a clear and aesthetically pleasing way;

• Craft a world class brand aligned with our physical and digital products;

• Maintain and evolve our design guidelines as we grow.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional digital designer with a strong work ethic to join our team. Apply if you:

• Are obsessive about design fundamentals - layout, typography, colors, flow of lines & shapes, focal points and know how to apply those across different design disciplines;

• Learn quickly, embrace unfamiliar problems, and iterate through failure—whether that means mastering new software, techniques, or disciplines;

• Have one or more of the following in your software stack: Figma, Illustrator, Cavalry, Rive, Affinity Suite;

• Are a self-starter who can figure stuff out when needed instead of finding reasons why you can’t;

• Are a team player and do not take criticism personally.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience building software products;
• Experience with Svelte, WebGPU, three.js;
• Experience designing physical things;
• Experience with Blender.
